National Museum of Asian Art, Sunday 06/16 🎥 In what Glenn Kenny of The New York Times called “one of [Hong Sangsoo’s] most daring gambits,” a young woman named Kwon begins reading a packet of letters that have fallen out of order. The film depicts what she reads, leaping back and forth in time to tell the story of the relationship between Kwon and the writer, Mori (Ryo Kase, Like Someone in Love), a Japanese man who has returned to Korea to search for her. 🆓

National Museum of Asian Art, Sunday 06/16 🎥 Talk about a rough first day at work. When Areum (The Handmaiden’s Kim Min-hee) starts her job as an assistant to publisher Bongwan (Korean television star Kwon Hae-hyo), his wife immediately accuses her of having an affair with him. In fact, Bongwan recently broke off an affair with Areum’s predecessor and seems to be grooming her as his next conquest.🆓
